Radical honesty
We start with what is actually true about what you want, what scares you, and what is really happening in your relationship. No pretending.
For many women, midlife brings a quiet reckoning. The kids are growing up, the career is established, and yet something in the marriage feels deeply off. You are not sure if it is worth fighting for or if it is time to go. You just know you cannot keep living this way.
That is where I come in.
I am Miki Amrita, and I work with women who are facing the hardest questions of their relationships: Can this be fixed? Should I stay? What will happen if I leave?
I do not answer those questions for you. I help you answer them for yourself, with honesty and without regret. Most women who come to me have already tried therapy, read the books, and had the same conversations a hundred times. They do not need more analysis of the past. They need a clear path forward.
We start with what is actually true about what you want, what scares you, and what is really happening in your relationship. No pretending.
I will never tell you to stay or leave. I help you build enough clarity to make that choice from a place of strength instead of fear.
Understanding your situation is not enough if nothing changes. We work on concrete steps: new skills, new boundaries, new ways of showing up that create real shifts.
